Six bottles of Pegasus 2010 Pinot Noir

One of our favorite vintages of Pinot Noir.  Made from a selection of our  vineyards we think this wine is one of the best around! The extra sunshine provided some spice & pepper and our jory soils added earthiness to the complexity of the wine.  We aged this lot on French & Hungarian oak to add a velvety vanilla texture.

Six bottles of Pegasus 2012 Pinot Noir

A beautiful vintage of our 100% Estate Grown Pinot Noir.  Made from our Hot Rocks vineyards we cropped down to less than 2 tons per acre due to the cooler growing season.  The soft sun provided spice & pepper and our extra diligence in the vineyard kept the cherry and brambles on the tongue.
