Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris

Wines to enjoy for every Knight

The idea for a fine wine providing for the greater good is something we’ve always had in the back of our minds. I was fortunate enough to go the University of Central Florida in the 1980s. Now as a small business owner in a fun industry; I’d like to create something that would give back to the university

After college I migrated thousands of miles away to the Pacific NW, specifically in Oregon Wine Country. Where we grow and make wine in the Willamette Valley, one of the premier wine areas in the entire world. We own and operate a winery, vineyards, and tasting rooms; producing boutique wines, mostly Pinot Noir, grown in our own sustainable vineyards. At UCF I was very active on campus; working at the Future newspaper, in the student union, playing on the UCF soccer team and enjoyed the socials in the Greek system. Now there’s a way to take what I do for a living and spread the good will to benefit a place that made me the person I am today.

We have started a line of very special, single vineyard wines to raise money for an ongoing scholarship program. ‘Pegasus Pinot Noir’ and ‘Pegasus Pinot Gris’ wines are special small lots that will be sold on-line to alumni across the country.    These great tasting wines are produced with care and the hope that people will enjoy the wine and the scholarship will make a difference.

Wine is a great social gift, and good wine that is in limited quantity is truly something special.
